We provide monitoring services from five hot redundant, load sharing, UL listed central stations in Florida, New Jersey, Arizona, Tennessee, and Texas. These are strategically located to give us the unparalleled ability to provide fast, efficient, and professional monitoring even under the worst conditions.
Our team operates in multiple geodiverse locations, which allows us to have a backup center in the event of an unlikely equipment failure. This also decreases the probability of weather conditions affecting more than one of our central stations at one time.
When local conditions prevent our dispatchers from working at one location, we add staff to another central station to compensate. We have proven time and again that our approach to monitoring services is effective since we are able to outperform our average response time consistently. When you work with us, it is like paying for one monitoring company but getting five.
In addition, our three redundant mainframes in our New Jersey headquarters, we also have two more in the SuperNAP in Las Vegas, one of the world’s largest and most reliable data centers.
